Registration
By completing and submitting the form on shop.emas.nu, DDMA will secure a spot at the event DDMA Email Marketing Automation Summit (EMAS) on 27 June 2024 in Amsterdam.
By ordering a ticket, the booker agrees to the Registration Conditions. After registration, the booker will receive a confirmation by email, also for any additional tickets. The assignment of the tickets to other participants needs to be done by the booker.
Payments
The ticket(s) available on shop.emas.nu can be purchased and paid via iDeal, Bancontact, Credit Card or SEPA Bank Transfer. SEPA Bank Transfer allows the booker to pay within 10 working days after purchasing the tickets, but at least before 17 June 2024. DDMA has the right to release unpaid tickets after 17 June 2024.
Cancelation
Should a participant be unable to attend the event, booker can transfer the ticket to someone else. To do so, send an email to evenementen@ddma.nl to request a refund or transfer. Cancellation of a ticket is possible until 17 June 2024. After this date refunds are not provided.

Privacy
DDMA can produce visual material – including photos and videos – during the event in which participant can be seen. DDMA processes this footage to give our content more atmosphere, to report on our events via (social) media and meetings and for archival purposes. These processing operations are always voluntary and are not used for other purposes. The following also applies: if you do not want your picture or video taken or used, please contact us via one of the channels as described above under the heading “Contact” or onsite at the registration desk.
Liability
DDMA is not liable for any loss or damage suffered directly or indirectly by a visitor of an event. DDMA encourages everyone onsite to take care of their own goods and eachother.
