This is how you participate

About the Young Talent Award

Are you an all-round email marketer proficient in all aspects? Or a specialist in technical development and/or design? Have you demonstrated your ability to make a significant impact in the field of email marketing within your organisation? If so, you have what it takes to apply for the Young Talent Award! If you aren’t eligible yourself but know someone who deserves recognition, you can also nominate them for the award.

Please note: Only candidates active in the email marketing field for a maximum of 3 years are eligible to apply. Both talents working at advertisers and agencies are eligible to apply.

 

 

Procedure

  1. Once you nominate someone, they’ll receive an email informing them of their nomination.
  2. The nominee will be asked to complete a form explaining their motivation.
  3. They must submit their motivation for review by the jury.
  4. The jury evaluates all submissions and selects three finalists.
  5. These finalists will be invited to an official jury day for interviews.
  6. They will also take the stage for a brief interview during the EMAS.

Announcement of the nominated campaigns

May 12, 2026
Jury day at the DDMA office in Amsterdam

June 11, 2026
Presentations of all nominees and announcement of the winner during the DDMA EMAS 2026 in Circa Amsterdam
