International Email Benchmark 2023 – Key Figures
For many, email is the primary channel to communicate with consumers in a personal and relevant way. But email is highly subject to change, partly due to technological developments, shifts in consumer behaviour and restrictions from legislators. To tackle this reality, we joined forces with ESPs from across the world to create an International Email Benchmark. This benchmark is an independent, interactive dashboard, that provides cross border insights based on data. It helps organizations optimize their email performances and strengthen the position of email as a channel. In this session Robin will present the key take-aways and insights, and an explanation why we do this and why it is so important and interesting.
Robin de Wouters
Robin is the Communication & Commercial Director for the Federation of European Data & Marketing (FEDMA) & the Global Data and Marketing Alliance (GDMA). He carries a strong background in communication and public relations, spanning from the private, non-profit and institutional spheres. He previously worked in the field of human rights with Euromed Rights, the ONE Campaign and the United Nations. Robin is also the Vice-Chair of the Board of the European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance (EDAA) and the spokesperson of Democrats Abroad Belgium, the international arm of the US Democratic Party.
